If you wish to become a buyer or an active user of our Web Store, please read our Terms of Service carefully and only use our services if you agree and agree to be bound by them. This document will not be filed, will be concluded only in electronic form, will not be retrievable and does not refer to a code of conduct.

  1. Range of products and services available for purchase

Five Stars Bt. Deals with passenger transport by land and by other means. The service offered can be ordered through our webshop in electronic form or through other contact options (telephone, email).

The prices displayed for the services are gross prices and include statutory VAT, however, we reserve the right to change prices and will inform the customer if this occurs at the time of ordering.

  1. Ordering information

Purchases are possible without registration. However, it is important to ensure that the information is accurate during the order process, as your order will be billed and shipped based on the information you provide. Please make sure that your contact details are accurate. In the case of an incorrect email address, we will not be able to deliver your order receipt. If you do not find the confirmation in your inbox, check your SPAM spam folder as well. If you enter an incorrect phone number, we will not be able to contact you. Inaccurate or incomplete contact information may result in your order being terminated.

  1. Order processing

Orders will be processed during the above opening hours:

Mon – Sat: 7am – 9pm

Sunday: 7am – 5pm

Holiday: 7am – 2pm

It is also possible to place an order outside the times indicated for processing the order. If your order is placed after business hours, it will be processed the next day.

In any case, our company will confirm by automatic email that the order has been placed. At the time of ordering, we strive to meet all your needs and deliver on time, but delivery times may vary depending on the traffic. The shortest payment can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

We provide the services on our website as described there. If this is not possible for any reason, we will replace the missing part with a similar one and we will inform you.

We reserve the right to reject orders that have already been confirmed, in whole or in part. Partial fulfillment can only take place after consultation with the customer! If the purchase price of the service is paid in advance, it will be refunded to the sender.

If you do not receive a confirmation of the email address you provided after you have placed your order, we recommend that you check your SPAM (spam) folder in your mail system. If you have not received the confirmation, please contact us at the contact details provided.

Our company cannot be held responsible for any problems caused by a technical error, especially with regard to manifestly misrepresented information, such as the display of a price significantly different from the well-known market price of the ordered service, possibly 0 or 1 HUF.

Our company is not obligated to provide the service at a defective price, but may offer the right price delivery, knowing that you may refuse to purchase.

  1. Order process

  • Put the service you want to purchase in the shopping cart

  • If you do not wish to purchase additional services, check the number of services you wish to purchase.

  • Clicking the “Remove Item” button will delete the contents of the cart.

  • In the cart you can change the quantity of the ordered service.

  • Click the “Continue to Checkout” button Enter shipping / billing and login details

  • Once you have entered the information, you will be able to access the payment options by clicking on the “Continue to Checkout” button

  • Choose your payment method After you submit your order, you can modify your order details by contacting our colleagues.

  • After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order in our system at the email address you have provided.

  • Your order will be confirmed by email and we will reconcile the details if necessary.

You can also place your order by phone at our standard rate phone number. There is no additional charge for placing an order by phone.

  1. The method of payment for the service ordered

Payment options

– by credit card via Pay Pal

In case the customer refuses the service on the spot and it is not related to the driver or the quality of the service, it will be considered as received!

  1. Other informations

Orders in our webshop are handled by office colleagues. The services are delivered during our office opening hours. The shortest payment can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

If you enter the wrong address or the recipient is at a different address – a second, third departure is required – then the price of the second, third exit will be billed to the customer.

  1. Pricing of our services

We undertake personal transportation to the locations and fees listed on the website.

If you do not find the service that best suits you, please request an individual price offer under the “Contact Us” tab or in our other contact details.

  1. Invitation to receive service

When you place an order, you will be charged. In case of non-accepted service, we will only be able to request it again (e.g.: airport transfer) in case of re-ordering and payment of fees.

Information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal / termination

You have 14 days to cancel this contract without giving any reason. Similarly, if the contract for the provision of the service has begun, you have the right to terminate the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The cancellation / cancellation period is 14 days from the date of ordering the service. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide a clear statement of your intention to withdraw (by post or e-mail) to one of our contact details on this website.

You will exercise your right of withdrawal / cancellation within the deadline if you submit your cancellation / cancellation notice before the deadline specified above.

The consumer shall bear the burden of proving that the (II. 26.) Gov. Exercised the right of withdrawal and termination provided for in Article 20 of the Government Decree.

Effects of withdrawal / termination

If you cancel this contract, we will refund you immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.

The consumer shall not have the right of withdrawal / cancellation:

  • In the case of a service whose price depends on fluctuations in financial movements beyond the control of the business.

  • Specially tailored to the consumer’s request, tailored to his or her specific needs (customized service request)
